Returning to the lodge, you resume your journey, this time to the Popa Falls, a series of rapids formed by the Kavango River. The route takes you through the Caprivi Gam Reserve for a picnic lunch before heading for your lodge near Mudumu National Park. Here you will enjoy a stunning game-viewing cruise on the Kwando River before dinner.
Starting off day four, you have the opportunity to join a cultural tour at the Living Museum of the Mafwe people for an authentic and fascinating insight into the life and traditional culture of this tribe. Return to the lodge for a relaxed afternoon before joining the afternoon cruise.
The tour continues to the town of Katima Mulilo on the banks of the Zambezi River where you will stop for lunch before continuing to the the Namibia/Botswana border before reaching Kasane via the Chobe National Park. You will overnight at a lodge on the banks of the Chobe River from where you will do a late afternoon game-viewing cruise where large herds of elephant, buffalo, hippo, crocodile and an abundance of birds can be seen.
